The collection of bags and wallets created by Tarabuqueños range from small wallets and shoulder bags, to the traditional sized male chuspa, and through to larger, new shoulder bags. The wallets and chupsa use the tradition images found in the weavings, such as Pujillay celebrations, preparing chica, farming scenes or local animals, whilst the larger shoulder bags take the traditional geometric borders of the pallays and apply them in new ways. Every product is decorated on one side, with a traditional “stripped” design on their flipside.

*The wallets can be used for either money, as a unique “gift” bag for jewellery or chocolates, and have flap tops. Their price varies slightly, due to slight variance in size.

Every product created is unique, an individual expression of its artist. Consequently, the photographs shown here are only examples, not the actual products available to buy. If you wish to order any of the products seen here, you can specify the colours wanted, but we can not promise to deliver any exact reproductions.
